When we decided to build our custom home we met with a number of builders and Bill Kidd and KCG stood out above the rest from the start. Throughout the process, communication was constant, keeping us up informed every step of the way. The attention to detail and openness to our input was amazing. Even after our home was complete he was always responsive to any questions, concerns or issues we encountered. We can not say enough positive things about Bill and KCG. We had such a wonderful experience working with KCG. My wife, Catherine, owns a townhouse that needed a whole wall of glass replaced to highlight the wonderful view of the river. Bill and his team did a great job measuring, ordering, obtaining, and installing the new wall of windows, all in record time at a reasonable price. Oh, and have I mentioned? Bill also built my new house 4 years ago in the midst of covid, and again, did an outstanding job–all with the highest integrity. We love our home, and it is the envy of the neighborhood. So build, remodel, Bill does it all!

We recently purchased a new house in the greater Greenville NC area by KCG. Our new house is exceptional in every way. The attention to detail is unsurpassed. Since we are near the one-year mark of living in our new home, my wife and I would like to post our thoughts on working with Bill Kidd and KCG.

Building a new custom home is a challenge in the best of times. Building our dream retirement home from a distance of 1,800 miles and during the COVID-19 pandemic posed an even greater set of challenges. Throughout the process, Bill Kidd was great to work with. His passion, craftsmanship, and most importantly integrity were key to the success of this project. Our home’s design and execution reflect a close partnership between Bill Kidd and the Robinson family. We came to this project full of ideas and Bill Kidd worked with us on making them a physical reality.
