From the design of our house to the subcontractors that Bill uses every thing was top tier.

We recently purchased a new house in the greater Greenville NC area by KCG. Our new house is exceptional in every way. The attention to detail is unsurpassed. Our house is environmentally green built including the Nest. We plan on many years of enjoying this beautiful home to the fullest with family and friends. Since we are near the one-year mark of living in our new home, my wife and I would like to post our thoughts on working with Bill Kidd and KCG.

Building a new custom home is a challenge in the best of times. Building our dream retirement home from a distance of 1,800 miles and during the COVID-19 pandemic posed an even greater set of challenges. Throughout the process, Bill Kidd was great to work with. His passion, craftsmanship, and most importantly integrity were key to the success of this project. Our home’s design and execution reflect a close partnership between Bill Kidd and the Robinson family. We came to this project full of ideas and Bill Kidd worked with us on making them a physical reality.

Bill Kidd with KCG is hands down one of the best local builders ! He is a certified green contractor and is able to educate his clients on mechanical and structural options. His attention to details and his hands on , approachable personality make the building experience enjoyable and efficient.
