His attention to details and his hands on , approachable personality make the building experience enjoyable and efficient. Bill and Kerry have built a great team around them with their subcontractors which provides for a very consistent and quality product. That consistency results in happy clients ! I have seen it time and again as their Realtor. Whether building a starter home or a luxury custom.. you get the same guy. One of integrity and a man of his word. We recently purchased a new house in the greater Greenville NC area by KCG. Our new house is exceptional in every way. The attention to detail is unsurpassed. Everything from gorgeous upgraded fixtures throughout, all tile bathrooms, bead board porch ceilings, crown molding, beautiful flooring, window seats and a very generous master suite. Our house is environmentally green built including the Nest. We plan on many years of enjoying this beautiful home to the fullest with family and friends. My wife, Catherine, owns a townhouse that needed a whole wall of glass replaced to highlight the wonderful view of the river. Bill and his team did a great job measuring, ordering, obtaining, and installing the new wall of windows, all in record time at a reasonable price. Oh, and have I mentioned? Bill also built my new house 4 years ago in the midst of covid, and again, did an outstanding job–all with the highest integrity. We love our home, and it is the envy of the neighborhood. Building a new custom home is a challenge in the best of times. Building our dream retirement home from a distance of 1,800 miles and during the COVID-19 pandemic posed an even greater set of challenges. Throughout the process, Bill Kidd was great to work with. His passion, craftsmanship, and most importantly integrity were key to the success of this project. Our home’s design and execution reflect a close partnership between Bill Kidd and the Robinson family. We came to this project full of ideas and Bill Kidd worked with us on making them a physical reality.

We had such a wonderful experience working with KCG. From start to finish, their communication was excellent—they were always professional, quick to respond, and accessible whenever we had questions or concerns. What stood out the most was that they didn’t treat our project as just another house to build. Instead, they genuinely cared about creating our dream home, thoughtfully listening to what mattered most for our family.

When we decided to build our custom home we met with a number of builders and Bill Kidd and KCG stood out above the rest from the start. Throughout the process, communication was constant, keeping us up informed every step of the way. The attention to detail and openness to our input was amazing. Even after our home was complete he was always responsive to any questions, concerns or issues we encountered. We can not say enough positive things about Bill and KCG. We worked with KCG for two full bathroom remodels. The process was very easy. They were able to assist with design and handled all the planning/permits necessary. When the project started, they had arrived very promptly and one crew of subcontractors would arrive shortly after the one before would leave. It felt like a very well oiled machine. Tanner was very helpful in the onsite coordination and made sure things were up to our liking the whole time. The estimate ended up pretty close (within 10%) to what we expected to spend (including little upgrades we selected- ie swap from tub to full tile shower with glass.)

We are excited to use Bill Kidd for our next home improvement projects!
