When we decided to build our custom home we met with a number of builders and Bill Kidd and KCG stood out above the rest from the start. Bill Kidd with KCG is hands down one of the best local builders ! He is a certified green contractor and is able to educate his clients on mechanical and structural options. His attention to details and his hands on , approachable personality make the building experience enjoyable and efficient. Bill and Kerry have built a great team around them with their subcontractors which provides for a very consistent and quality product. That consistency results in happy clients ! I have seen it time and again as their Realtor. Whether building a starter home or a luxury custom.. you get the same guy. One of integrity and a man of his word. Handing over the keys on closing day is a rewarding moment for everyone involved in the process ! I highly recommend Bill and KCG if you are thinking of building.

In January 2014 I moved into my new home built by Bill Kidd with KCG. Bill was extremely helpful during the entire building process; from making suggestions while reviewing plans, to designing cabinets and bookshelves around the fireplace. Great attention to detail. In my opinion, you could not choose a more knowledgeable, professional and caring contractor.

We worked with KCG for two full bathroom remodels. The process was very easy. They were able to assist with design and handled all the planning/permits necessary. When the project started, they had arrived very promptly and one crew of subcontractors would arrive shortly after the one before would leave. It felt like a very well oiled machine. Tanner was very helpful in the onsite coordination and made sure things were up to our liking the whole time. The estimate ended up pretty close (within 10%) to what we expected to spend (including little upgrades we selected- ie swap from tub to full tile shower with glass.)

We are excited to use Bill Kidd for our next home improvement projects!

Bill and the KCG Team just completed building our custom home, and I can honestly say they did an outstanding job and they have gone beyond our expectations, we are extremely happy.
