His attention to detail, communication skills and open mind about our ideas and thoughts made our dream home a reality. Our beautiful home reflects us as a family and I am always getting compliments on it. Even after the completion, Bill has made himself available if we have questions. He strives to make his clients happy and satisfied. We appreciate everything Bill and KCG has done for us and look forward to raising our family in an amazing high quality home!

The hands on approach, the attention to details and the ability to transform ideas and dreams into beautiful homes are just a few of the great things I can say about Bill Kidd and KCG . He is a man of his words, and a pleasure to work with. His clients rave about the workmanship and there always seems to be a bond created by the time the keys are handed over. We worked with KCG for two full bathroom remodels. The process was very easy. They were able to assist with design and handled all the planning/permits necessary. When the project started, they had arrived very promptly and one crew of subcontractors would arrive shortly after the one before would leave. It felt like a very well oiled machine. Tanner was very helpful in the onsite coordination and made sure things were up to our liking the whole time. The estimate ended up pretty close (within 10%) to what we expected to spend (including little upgrades we selected- ie swap from tub to full tile shower with glass.)

When we decided to build our custom home we met with a number of builders and Bill Kidd and KCG stood out above the rest from the start. Throughout the process, communication was constant, keeping us up informed every step of the way. The attention to detail and openness to our input was amazing. In January 2014 I moved into my new home built by Bill Kidd with KCG. Bill was extremely helpful during the entire building process; from making suggestions while reviewing plans, to designing cabinets and bookshelves around the fireplace. Great attention to detail. In my opinion, you could not choose a more knowledgeable, professional and caring contractor.

Since we are near the one-year mark of living in our new home, my wife and I would like to post our thoughts on working with Bill Kidd and KCG.

Building a new custom home is a challenge in the best of times. Building our dream retirement home from a distance of 1,800 miles and during the COVID-19 pandemic posed an even greater set of challenges. Throughout the process, Bill Kidd was great to work with. His passion, craftsmanship, and most importantly integrity were key to the success of this project. Our home’s design and execution reflect a close partnership between Bill Kidd and the Robinson family. We came to this project full of ideas and Bill Kidd worked with us on making them a physical reality.

Bill Kidd with KCG is hands down one of the best local builders ! He is a certified green contractor and is able to educate his clients on mechanical and structural options. His attention to details and his hands on , approachable personality make the building experience enjoyable and efficient.
